Sprint-Nextel is implementing location-supported services contributor TeleNav GPS Navigator 7.1 through their Android devices, with capable subscribers to a more adapted approach to neighboring search services, traffic and navigation.
TeleNav GPS Navigator 7.1 has My Dashboard, a redesigned home screen with a map of the user's current location with partly cover real-time traffic and customizable and "work" and Home” buttons representing the present time based on real-time traffic. The application also brings smoother, Multi Routes and accelerated map rendering, which recommend a maximum of three ways to the destination with the distance and estimated time depending on traffic conditions in traffic conditions. Another novelty is the cockpit views, which focus on the street names and roads, which simplifies the lane modification.
TeleNav GPS Navigator 7.1 also announces the introduction of widgets to customize Android which promises to simplify access to specific data location. TeleNav and Sprint offers three widgets at release: A map showing the user's current location, a search field box and navigation with the home and work travel times. Shortcuts in the navigation bar and search players make it easy to access categories of places and local traffic.
TeleNav GPS Navigator 7.1 launches later this month as well as it is included free with Simply Everything and Sprint’s Everything Data plans - premium optional features like speed trap, lane assist, the speed limit notification, red light camera and reporting travel are available for $ 4.99 a month, and custom vehicle icons are available through-app purchase for 99 cents each. The application is obtainable on Sprint smart phones with Android 2.3 and above, along with the tablets with Android 3.0.
